Only 3% of the average school week is spent on art. Having been through and experienced art education we know what it’s like and we think it needs to change. Outside The Lines is a proposal for an organisation which aims to reshape arts education by introducing students to new and approachable techniques, to encourage more students to be creative and take art forward at GCSE.
